~Oily Skin can cause hairstrokes to blur and heal lighter, leaving a powdery appearance. ~Smoking and Sun Exposure will cause premature fading. ~Anema: your body will absorb the iron based pigments more quickly. ~Excessive bleeding during the procedure will greatly affect how your body retains the pigment. While this in not entirely in our control it is important that you follow before care instructions to help minimize bleeding. • What is microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow procedure, where pigment is implanted into the skin with a hand held tool to mimic hair. It fades over time. Touch ups are suggested once a year to keep the color looking fresh. It's meant to create fuller looking brows. The more hair you have the more natural it will appear, although those with sparse or overplucked brows will benefit as well. For those without hair, you might want to apply powder over the strokes, depending on the look you want to achieve. Microblading heals best on healthy, dry/normal skin. Oily skin and aging/thin skin is not best for microblading because results will not heal as well as well. If you are in this category then combo brow (microblading + shading) would be better for you.

  • What is Plasma Skin Tightening?
Used for several years in Europe now, but only more recently introduced in America. Plasma Tightening is the first and only beauty technique that employs plasma to get rid of sagging skin. It produces a mini lift and softens wrinkles in treated areas. This is a great alternative to surgery, does not have anything to do with scalpels , injections or bruising. Since its minimally invasive it is available at a much more affordable price. A state of the art pen-like device, which has a tiny needle attachment , is used to transmit tiny plasma flashes to the area being treated. The exceptionally accurate pen uses the electricity in the air to create a plasma charge when the metal tip comes into contact with your skin. These tiny electric arcs heat the minuscule column of the skin, which in turn boosts collagen production in the body while simultaneously causing the skin tissue to retract and reduce and tighten. The fantastic end result is a remarkable visible decrease in the volume of excess skin.

  • How many Plasma Skin treatments will I need for the best result?
If you wonder how many Plasma skin tightening treatments are required for a perfect result – this is the answer: It depends on the state of the clients’ skin and the desired degree of correction. The client is often satisfied after only one treatment, of course if, e.g. the wrinkles are not very deep, but due to the simplicity of the procedure and the affordable price the clients opt for two or even three treatments to achieve a perfect result. The procedure may be repeated after the skin is fully regenerated, so 6–8 weeks after the procedure. Generally 2 sessions are required.
  • How long will it last?
The results of the Plasma Skin tightening treatment are permanent and may be visible for years. But we should acknowledge that the aging process is continuous and thus the skin ages every day after the procedure and this cannot be stopped. The results of this method are permanent, but when we talk about mimic facial lines (worry lines) these may recur quickly because muscles are stronger than the skin and consequently the lines recur. Average results last from 2-4 years.
  • It the Plasma Skin Tightening painful?
Plasma-Skin Tightening is a NON-invasive procedure with minimal level of pain. It is virtually painless, as the treated area is numbed before the treatment. After the treatment the treated area might be slightly reddish and some patients may experience some swelling (especially for areas around the eyes) . At the site of each spot a small crust will form. They should not be touched and you should wait for 4–5 days for them to fall off naturally. During the procedure the clients may feel some discomfort, not actual pain, depending on the treated area of the face/body.
  • How does it actually work?
The plasma pen works by releasing a small electrical charge with plasma gas through a small needle like probe. The probe at no time is invading the skin. The electrical charge causes a heated coagulation of the skin surface. Think of it as a tiny lightning bolt. The heat is not spread in any other area of the skin except for the area being treated. This stimulates the fibroblast cells to react to the “superficial trauma” to the epidermal layers and immediately starts to tighten. In the next few weeks of healing collagen is triggered to speed up and renew the skin. As we age our collagen production tends to breakdown. This process will give you more youthful looking skin.
